How do I book excursions with you?
Booking with Ago travel is so easy, you can book with us directly online on our website www.agotravel.com , on the telephone, our office number is 00902524172588 and we will have an English speaking customer services rep waiting for your call, or by messaging us on our Facebook page.. With all bookings we will email you after with your excursion/s confirmation and your e-ticket..

To book online through our website simply decide on the excurion/s you would like to try and follow these simple steps:
Click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on the product page
Select the date you wish to use the experience on
Select how many people you want to enjoy the experience
Go to checkout
Enter your payment details
Pay and confirm your order

Will I get a Ticket?
Of course. Once you finish your booking, a confirmation email containing your ticket will automatically be sent to your e-mail address. Simply print out the page to use as your ticket on the day.
If somehow you do not see the confirmation mail in your inbox, please check your spam & junk boxes.

What should I do if I can not print my online ticket ?
No problem. If you do not have printing facilities, then just email us at info@agotravel.com  and we will arrange to meet you at your hotel to issue you with your ticket/s.

What should I do if lose my ticket?
No problem. If you lose your ticket, please act as explained in Question above. Email us and please make sure your message includes essential information like: your name,booking number, accommodation, room number and the name /date of the excursion.

How do I pay?
You can pay via credit card or PayPal on our website, this is completely secure and we do not charge you for using a credit card.. Also any information you give us is held securely and we do not pass on any of your private information to anyone else.. We do not store your card number or your security details; these are transmitted to the bank only.

Where and how do I get picked-up and dropped back?
Main entrance of your accommodation. All our excursions include free pick-up and drop-back service from/to your accommodation. 

Do you pick-up from any hotel or some certain ones?
All accommodations. We pick up from any accommodation
We know all the hotels and apartments in the area, so do not worry, we will be there on time. We do ask that you please give us a 15 minute window, as occasionally due to traffic or customers being late for their pick up, we may be running behind schedule..

Do you need my room number?
Yes, if you don’t mind. Having your room number is highly essential for a smooth and problem-free pick-up service. It may not be always easy to get to you if you are not at the meeting point at the required time (you may just sleep in or you may not have the right local time. By the way, Turkey is 2 hours ahead of U.K. time and an hour ahead of C.E.T.)

We will get in touch with you only about your excursions and pick-up issues. Nothing further. No marketing whatsoever!
Same rule applies for your e-mail addresses.
We will however try to contact all of our customers after their excursion/s for after sales care.. ie; to ensure you have had a good experience and are happy with the service we have provided.

Do I need to confirm my booking when I arrive in the resort?
No. The instant ticket you receive right after having finished your booking signifies that your name is securely put down on the passenger list for the excursion and the date you have chosen. Thus no further confirmation is necessary.

How do I find out about special offers?
By visiting our website www.agotravel.com   or by visiting us on our Facebook page.. If you haven't already please 'like' our new business also and let all of your friends know about us..
